Guide for Authors

Submission Guidelines

Authors are kindly requested to refrain from in-person visits and telephone inquiries. For any questions, please send an email to the journal. All emails will receive a response within 24 working hours.

Important Notes Before Submission:

*** Manuscripts submitted by students, faculty members, and researchers affiliated with universities or research institutions must be sent using their institutional or university email and must include their ORCID identifier. ***

  1. Please carefully review the journal’s policy on plagiarism prevention and the Frequently Asked Questions section before submission.
  2. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal’s formatting guidelines will not be accepted.
  3. If the manuscript format is not displayed correctly in your system, right-click the file, save it locally, and open it. For best results, use Firefox or Internet Explorer.
  4. According to the Editorial Board resolution dated 01/07/1403, only one manuscript per author will be reviewed and published per year. If any author has a manuscript under review or in press, submission of additional manuscripts will not be permitted.
  5. If the manuscript is supported by a funding body, this must be clearly indicated in the manuscript.

Submission Instructions:

Dear Professor/Researcher, after reviewing the plagiarism prevention policy and submission guidelines, please submit your manuscript as follows:

  1. Download the journal’s scope and topics [here] and ensure that your manuscript aligns with one of the listed subjects.
  2. Submit only four files to the journal: the Author Information File, the Main Manuscript File, the Conflict of Interest Form, and the Author Commitment Form.

Important: When prompted by the system to upload tables and figures separately, please disregard this instruction and submit only the four required files listed above.

  • Both Persian and English abstracts must be structured, including: objectives, methods, findings, and conclusions. Each section must appear on a separate line. Abstracts must be at least 450 words and no more than 750 words.
  • Margin settings: abstract text – 4.5 cm; main manuscript text – 2.5 cm.

  5. English abstracts must not rely solely on Google Translate; all specialized terminology must be accurately translated.
  6. For proper half-space formatting in Persian, use (CTRL+Shift+2) with the keyboard set to Persian.

Manuscript Content Structure:

  • Manuscripts must be clearly written in Persian, free of grammatical errors, and undergo literary and scientific editing by the authors.
  • Manuscripts derived from theses or research projects must be adapted from thesis format into standard scientific-research article format.

Manuscript Appearance Structure:

  • Title should be concise and reflect the study objectives and findings.
  • Authors’ names, academic rank, affiliation, and email addresses (including the corresponding author) must be clearly indicated.
  • Abstracts in Persian and English must be structured with objectives, research methods, findings, and conclusions.
  • References must follow the APA 7th edition format, translated into Persian as outlined in “In-Text Citation Methods in Chapter Two of the Book: Citation Methods in Scientific Writing, International Guidelines” by Abbas Harri and Azam Shahbedaghi (pp. 147–215).

References:

References must be presented in both Persian and English, in accordance with the journal evaluation and ranking guidelines (Evaluation Guidelines, p. 8, Item 6). In-text citations must follow APA 7th edition.

Article Submission Fee:

There is no charge for manuscript submission, review, or evaluation. Publication fees, if any, will follow the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology regulations for private institutions.

Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct Policy:

All authors are responsible for the originality of their work. Once submitted, author order cannot be changed. Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

a. Submitting others’ work as your own.
b. Including authors who did not contribute.
c. Copying significant parts of another manuscript.
d. Presenting others’ research results as your own.
e. Repetitive publication of the same article in multiple journals.
f. Reporting false or distorted results.
g. Using invalid data or manipulating research data.

Penalties for Academic Misconduct:

  1. Manuscript rejection; removal if published online.
  2. All authors listed in the journal’s blacklist.
  3. Legal action pursued through competent authorities.
  4. Official notification shared with other universities and journals, domestically and internationally.
  5. Official notification sent to the Ministry of Science, ISC, universities, institutes, journals, and any platform where the authors have used the manuscript for credit.
